CLAIM YOUR REFUND
We understand that plans can change, and we're here to assist you with refund requests for
your bookings. Below are the guidelines and procedures for claiming a refund for your
package, cab, or hotel reservation.
Refund Policy:
For Package Bookings:
- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific package you
booked. Please refer to the package details for cancellation and refund
policies.
- If the package includes components with separate cancellation policies (e.g.,
flights, accommodations, activities), each component will be subject to its
respective cancellation policy refund terms as we are mere a facilitator .
- Processing times for package refunds vary based on the providers' policies.
Cancellation charges will apply as below mentioned

For Cab Bookings:
- Cancellation made prior to 4 hours of departure will incur 15% cancellation
charge However cancellation made 4 hour prior to departure will incur 100%
of cost as cancellation fees. ( Applicable only for the Intercity , Airport
transfer and Hourly Rental Not for outstation cabs)
- Refunds for cancelled cab bookings will be processed within 7 business days.
Outstation cab Cancellation charges will apply as below mentioned

For Hotel Bookings:
- Hotel cancellation policies differ depending on the rate and type of
reservation you booked (e.g., non-refundable, flexible rate).
- Please refer to your hotel booking confirmation for specific cancellation and
refund terms.
- Refunds for cancelled hotel bookings will be processed within 15 business
days after the cancellation.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund according
to your original payment method. The refund timeline may vary depending on the service
provider and payment gateway, but we aim to process refunds within 15 business days.

- Refunds for packages, cabs, or hotels may involve deductions due to cancellation
fees, taxes, or any non-refundable components specified in the booking details.
- Changes to your booking, if permitted, may result in a fare difference, which could
either be refundable or non-refundable as per the booking rules.
- If your refund request is subject to approval from the service provider, we will assist
you in communicating with them and keeping you updated throughout the process.
- Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per
applicable.
